Hi Jen,

I have just bought Chili Burn from Holland Barrett and notice that the main ingredient is green tea. I was wondering how Capsiplex compares to Chili Burn and how many grams of chilli are in Capsiplex?

I might return the Chili Burn if the Capsiplex has more chilli in it!

Many thanks,

Hello Jen!

As far as I see, Capsiplex doesn't make you visit the toilet too often, like beer etc.. It's main action is not to remove water from your body making you feel like you lose weight. That's low quality fat burners do, not Capsiplex.

Hi, I was wondering if Capsiplex made you go to the toilet too regularly? I am in a job where I can't go to the toilet more than once every 3 hours! I need to make sure that it won't affect my work life.
Thanks.

Hello!

Yes it's safe to take Capsiplex and drink this, however you should note that calorie burning drinks , if taken a a lot quantities, can also affect your nervious system in a negative way, like cause sleeplessness etc. Capsiplex is not chemical by nature so you can feel safe using it regularly.

Regards,
